Today we went into the garden with Janine and planted our Kumara plant.
We were given a seedling that we have had sitting in a jar of water in our classroom for many weeks. It had long and strong roots.
We think that we have a good chance of winning the Kumara growing competition next year.
If you are around our school in the holidays, feel free to water and weed the plant with Room 19 on it!
