Swimming

We have had the pleasure of having some instructors work with us over the past few weeks.  On Tuesday we got to learn about being safe in the water and what to do if we get in trouble in the pool or ocean.  We enjoyed having the life jackets on - they made us float.  People can keep warm when they are in the ocean with a life jacket by making a circle and keeping our knees close to our bodies.
